This is a Lotus Elan +2 Coupé, produced from 1967 to 1975 in Hethel, England. Weighing under 1700 lbs, it could hit 60 MPH in just under 8 seconds, making it quite zippy for its time. It was available in a few different versions, and started out as a 2 seat convertible. It was credited with being the inspiration for the original Mazda Miata MX5.
